Purchase Terms & Asset Logistics
All bidders must register with a valid government-issued identification and proof of funds prior to participating in any auction. A standard buyer’s premium will be applied to the final hammer price, settled via wire transfer, certified check, or established financing.
Equipment removal is the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. Assets must be collected from our designated regional facilities within five business days of sale completion. On-site loading assistance for heavy machinery and agricultural equipment is available by appointment only.
Vehicle and off-road equipment titles will be processed and released upon confirmation of cleared funds. While Montgomery Premier Auction Group maintains a list of preferred transport and rigging specialists, all logistics and associated costs remain the duty of the buyer.
Real estate offerings are sold strictly 'as-is, where-is' with no warranties expressed or implied. Successfull high bidders are required to execute a purchase agreement and post a non-refundable earnest money deposit immediately following the close of bidding.
